BOOKING TERMS & CONDITION

  • Check-in:Between 1:00 and 6:00 pm, Check-out: before 10:00am.
  • Guests is to complete the required forms and present proof of identification upon check-in
  • Keep in mind that we DO NOT have a 24 reception service.
  • Any late Check-ins after above time will have a penalty charge of R 150 if not arranged with management
  • Bookings: All bookings must be confirmed on the same day of enquiry.
  • The confirmed booking will be reserved for 24 hours until deposit is received.
  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the confirmed booking.
  • The remaining amount is payable 7 days before or in CASH upon arrival of the booking and is non refundable.
  • The cottages cannot be used for entertainment of visitors unless arranged with management. Please advise visitors to use visitors parking and not to park at the other cottages.
  • Due to security reasons we don’t accept “walk ins”. All booking must follow the above procedure during office hours.
  • By Paying, You are accepting and agreeing to all the terms & conditions of the Highveld Cape Inn Venue.
  • All other alternate requirements to be arranged with management.
